Privacy Policy

• Our items are final sale.
• We have exceptions for refunds, these are that AN Luna has made a mistake with your order or that a product is defective. In this case, the client must send us an image explaining what happened. For this you have up to five days to claim it.

• Each order takes 3 to 6 days to ship, then the customer will receive an email with a tracking number when their order is processed.

• AN Luna is not responsible for the customer entering an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, the shipping cost will be charged again to the customer. Once the package has been sent, we are not responsible for it and we have no control of how long it takes to arrive.
